Tacos, tamales, gorditas and burritos — handmade from family recipes and served daily from our cobalt-blue truck on Cushman Street.

Mariana grew up in a kitchen that smelled like toasted chiles, simmering consomé, and the warm corn of fresh masa. When she landed in Fairbanks, she missed it so much she built a truck, painted it cobalt blue, and started cooking the food she grew up on — the way her family taught her.
Every salsa is mashed in a molcajete. Every tortilla is pressed by hand. Every plate leaves the window the way it would leave her abuela's stove — generous, honest, and unmistakably Mexicano.

The cactus, the hummingbird, the desert sunset, the flag — every panel of our truck was hand-painted by a local artist. It's the loudest, brightest, friendliest thing on Cushman Street, and it's exactly what the food inside it tastes like.
Passed down through generations — no shortcuts, no substitutes.
Salsas, guac, and tortillas made fresh every single morning.
Pressed, chopped, and plated by hand — never from a bag.
Cooked the way it's cooked back home. You'll taste it.
Loved by locals, truck drivers, and homesick travelers alike.
A small family business serving big, generous plates.
